Service Advisor

Service Advisor – Platinum Renault/Dacia Yeovil

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy, friendly team at our Renault & Dacia Dealership in Yeovil.

You will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing them with a positive experience
- Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting and sharing them
- Conducting vehicle inspections and providing detailed reports to customers
- Explaining recommended repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Providing accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Scheduling appointments and managing the service department's calendar
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer service role is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
